In Shop Appointments

Customers will be given a an available week for drop off. You may choose any day during the week given to drop your unit off for your convenience. Please note, the techs are on the road Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. They are at the shop working  after mobile appointments and all day on  Mondays and Fridays . So what ever day you choose to drop, just know the soonest it will be looked at is typically 5 days after drop off,  depending on scheduling and availability in the shop.

There is a secure key drop and envelopes in the shop door for after hours and weekend drop offs!

Mobile Appointments

On a permanent site at a campground? Not comfortable driving/towing your unit?? That's ok! We can come to you!! For a mobile service call fee of $160 per trip (paid ahead of time), our technicians will come out to you to do service/repairs. We have a travel range of up to 75 miles from our shop location in Souderton, PA.  Mobile appointments are available Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays during the week. We do ask for an availability window from 9am-3pm with a phone call from the Technician when they are on their way to your location.

Someone must be present with unit at time of service.
